Vladimir Tomić was born in 1983 in Rijeka, where he graduated from the School of Applied Arts and graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts in 2011. He is active in graffiti and street art since 1998 under the pseudonym Mosk. He participated in numerous graffiti and street art festivals in Europe, also in numerous group exhibitions, projects and residencies, and several solo exhibitions.
His works have been published in many international and domestic publications and magazines dedicated to urban and graffiti art.
In addition to graffiti, he is involved in music, he is an author and the guitarist of the band Moskvä, with whom he has released three studio albums. He also collaborated with many music artists and bands.
Since 2020, he is a member of Croatian Association of Artists.
